RATES

$2000/night for up to 12 Guests (March & July $2500/night)
Cleaning Fee $200 (one time charge, not per night)
2 night minimum - Christmas and New Years weeks are subject to different rates and blackout dates.
Snow Season Guests
Snowmobile transportation services can be provided for people and/or provisions - inquire with us for rates!
special events/weddings/parties
The pricing for Weddings/Elopements/Micro-weddings or any type of vow ceremony AND/OR for any other gathering type that exceeds our sleeping capacity of twelve (12) varies from our regular lodging rates. The maximum number of guests (excluding paid vendors) is forty-five (45) people onsite during non-snow months. Contact Owner for pricing and additional information.

We do not have a "daily" rate - if you want to rent the space at The Observatory whether it is for "a couple of hours" or not, the regular lodging or Special Event rates will apply.
RENTAL POLICIES
Payment: The first night of rental is due at booking; an invoice will be sent to guest after the Rental Agreement is emailed. The balance is due 60 days prior to check in (a second invoice will be sent).
Check-In: 4pm (4pm SHARP in snow season) and check out is at 11am.
Early Check-In Request: Summer Stays Only: $200 for an early check in time of 2pm (regular check in time is 4pm); Guest must request at least 3 days in advance of check-in and owner must confirm early check-in.
The Observatory is Pet Friendly ($50 fee per pet)
The Observatory is a NON SMOKING FACILITY.
There are NO REFUNDS.
No reservation is booked and confirmed until payment has been received by The Observatory at Alta Lakes, LLC.
