POLICIES:

DEPOSIT/FINAL PAYMENT POLICY:
One night/day deposit due within 7 days of making reservation.  Final payment is
due 30 days prior to arrival.  Failure to comply may result in automatic cancellation
of the reservation.  Checks only - Sorry, we do not accept credit cards!
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:  NO REFUNDS!  You are welcome to move your
reservation later into the same season, based upon availability.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:  Check in time is 4 PM.  Check out time is 11:00 AM.
